Order Turnaround & Cancellation Policy

Delivery Expectations: We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase. Our order processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday.

The estimated date of delivery of your order and the cost of shipping depends on which delivery method you select at Checkout, which factors in item availability, processing time, and transit time. Shipping times shown reflect how long the shipment will take to arrive after it has left our warehouse/shipping facility. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, nor do we ship internationally.

Please note: You may receive your items on different days and in multiple boxes. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track them online. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled. 

Changing or Canceling an Order: In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, there is only a brief window of time where you will be able to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order before receiving a shipping confirmation, please e-mail customerservice@bevandherbooks.com to inquire about canceling an order. If your order has already shipped, once you receive your shipment, please contact us to initiate the return process.

Returns: To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@bevandherbooks.com to receive a return authorization number. Returned items must be in original condition and acceptable for resale to receive a full refund of the purchase price. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
